Luna Gallery creates unique knitted textiles … made in Melbourne.  We distribute these ranges to our valued stockists & love you supporting your local retailer.  However not all styles or colours may be available in your area … SO … we have opened our webstore. 

Not everything on our website is available – we cannot knit fast enough.  But we may have an alternative – not photographed or showing – which you could enquire & purchase directly over the phone.  Or you may have a question about your order or our website, or what would be the best colour, or what size would suit.

Please note we cannot post any items until payment clears, which can take up to 5 days.


Shipping is FREE within Australia via Australia Post Express service or Registered Post.  You will receive your order in approximately 3 -7 working days.  If you have not received your order within the days specified, please contact us at

Please note that a signature is required for all deliveries via registered post. You might like to consider having the goods shipped to your workplace to ensure you receive them as quickly as possible.


YES, we do post internationally via International Express Courier – AUD $20 to New Zealand, $40 to the rest of the World.  A physical address is required where your item can be signed for 9am – 5pm weekdays – we cannot send to a PO Box address.  Shipping costs do not include any import charges, customs duties or fees that may apply in your country.  Luna Gallery takes no responsibility for any additional charges upon arrival – for this you may need to contact your local Customs Office.  Airmail is approximately 4 to 10 business days.

Returns + Exchanges

Out of stock products

We do our best to ensure our stock levels on our website are up to date, however if an item or size is no longer available, or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Online Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Luna purchase. If you need to exchange or return an item in original condition, you have up to 7 days from receipt of your order. If you have any questions about returning an item simply email us at    or telephone Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm (EST) on 03 9428 8656.

You are welcome to return online purchases by post within 7 days of receiving your order.  Please contact us prior & enclose a copy of your original receipt together with the merchandise and mail to:

As Luna Gallery is not liable for the loss of returned items, we ask that you use registered mail.  Please allow two weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.  Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges.

Lost or Damaged Goods
