Luna Gallery creates unique knitted jumpers, cardigans, wraps and poncho’s, proudly made in Melbourne. We distribute our ranges to valued stockists and encourage you to support your local retailer wherever possible.

Not all styles or colours are available in every area, so our online webstore offers selected pieces.

If an item is unavailable online, we may have an alternative style or colour that is not currently photographed or listed. Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal through Shopify. For alternative payment options, such as direct deposit, please call +61 3 9428 8656 or email store@lunagallery.com.au.

Please note that items cannot be posted until payment has cleared, which may take up to 5 days.

Deliveries

Shipping within Australia is free via Australia Post Express service or Registered Post. Orders usually arrive within 3–7 working days. We will contact you directly if there is any delay with your item.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at store@lunagallery.com.au. A signature is required for registered post deliveries, so you may wish to have your order sent to your workplace to ensure it can be received promptly.

International Shipping

Yes, we ship internationally via Australia Post.

A physical delivery address is required where the parcel can be signed for between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm on weekdays. We cannot ship to PO Box addresses. Shipping costs do not include import charges, customs duties or other fees that may apply in your country. Luna Gallery is not responsible for any additional charges on arrival; please contact your local Customs Office for more information. International airmail usually takes approximately 4–10 business days.

Returns + Exchanges

Out of stock products

We do our best to ensure our stock levels on our website are up to date, however if an item or size is no longer available, or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Online Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Luna purchase. If you need to exchange or return an item in original condition, you have up to 7 days from receipt of your order. If you have any questions about returning an item simply email us at store@lunagallery.com.au    or telephone Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm (EST) on 03 9428 8656.

You are welcome to return online purchases by post within 7 days of receiving your order.  Please contact us prior & enclose a copy of your original receipt together with the merchandise and mail to:

As Luna Gallery is not liable for the loss of returned items, we ask that you use registered mail.  Please allow two weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.  Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges.

Lost or Damaged Goods

If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at  store@lunagallery.com.au   within 7 working days of placing your order so we can investigate.
